Study in Netherlands

Higher Education in Holland

The Netherlands was the first non-English-speaking country to offer courses taught in English. The Dutch higher education institutions together offer 1,560 international study programs and courses, 1,543 of which are taught entirely in English. This makes the Netherlands the front-runner in continental Europe.

The Netherlands gets its name from the fact that around a quarter of this small northwestern European nation lies below sea level. Beyond its traditional associations (think windmills, tulips and clogs), it is one of the most developed and wealthy nations in the world, with a largely urban population. One of the most densely populated countries in Europe, it’s known for its tolerant and liberal ethos, and boasts a wealth of great student cities – none of which are more than a bicycle ride (the nation’s preferred mode of transport) away from some picturesque countryside. Life in the Netherlands is attractive for students and workers from around the world.

Excellent education and researchThe Dutch system of higher education enjoys a worldwide reputation for high quality. Experience shows that people who have studied at a Dutch higher education institution perform very well in other parts of the world. This quality is achieved through a national system of regulation and quality assurance.

Dutch Language

Dutch is a West Germanic language, strongly related to German and with many resemblances to English. It is spoken by more than 22 million people around the globe. Dutch is an official language in the Netherlands, Belgium, Surinam, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten

Study In Italy

Study In Italy

Study in Italy

Is a valuable information tool for students wishing to attend higher education (H.Ed.) programmes in Italy, both at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
This national website provides the following information: types of H.Ed. institutions (university and non-university sector), admission procedures, study programmes, university degrees, non-university H.Ed. qualifications (academic diplomas), tution language, student life and welfare services, country information, etc.

Why Italy?

Italy has played an important role in European higher education: it is one of the four countries that first engaged to create the so-called "European Area of Higher Education" (Sorbonne Declaration, May 1998), thus starting that type of higher education reform which, known as "Bologna Process" (Bologna Declaration, June 1999) is being implemented all over Europe.
Today Italy ranks among the 8 most industrialised countries in the world. Alongside some big companies, both state-owned and private, it has developed a sound network of small and medium-sized undertakings, promoted a few scientific parks, and is incentivating basic and applied research in a great variety of fields (biology, ICT, medicine, physics, etc.).

 Cost of study

Here is very reasonable cost for studying , in the public university range of tuition fees is about 750-2500 euro. The average fees a student has to pay is somewhere between 850 euro and 1,000 euro per year since this varies from one university to another and also depends on the chosen course of study. Private universities are clearly much more expensive.

Exchange programmes

Many European students studying at Italian universities on exchange agreements are doing so under the European Community Socrates Erasmus programme. In all universities there will be a European Office or European Officer dedicated to the management of this programme. Other exchange students from outside Europe are able to attend through bilateral agreements between their university and the host institution in Italy and are generally handled in the same way as European exchange students.
Full-time students seeking their degree at an Italian university have different needs and will be managed separately by other offices.

Higher Study in France

Studying in France
France is a part of your everyday life and you may not even realize it. And no, we're not talking about French fries-those were invented in Belgium! First of all, it was France that gave the United States one of its greatest gifts, the Statue of Liberty. But if that isn't close enough to your heart, you can thank the French for the camera you use to post pics on your Facebook, the country made huge strides in photography, and even invented cinema. There are French names all over maps of the United States, and if you've ever been to New Orleans, you know just how deeply the French influence can run. What does all of this mean to you? Not much if you don't go to France to see all it has to offer you. A study abroad program in France will not only give you an appreciation for French culture, but also a renewed appreciation for your own. More than 17,000 students study abroad in France each year, and international students now make up 10 percent of the country's college student population. Higher education in France is given praise around the world for its excellent teachers and research. When you study abroad in France, you can expect to be treated the same as your native classmates, whether in a lecture or in a 'travaux diriges,' or seminar class. link http://www.studying-in-france.org/http://www.studying-in-france.org/http://www.studying-in-france.org/http://www.studying-in-france.org/
